Nutritional and Serving Size Analysis
This project compares commonly consumed foods by their serving size and the actual amount you eat in a single sitting.

Roasted Garlic Rye Chips

The serving size for the chips are 30 grams of chips.

A single serving contains 170 calories, 330mg of sodium, 15 carbs and 3g of protein. I was able to consume 3 full serving before feeling done.

To burn off 510 calories I could coal mine for 31 minutes or fight fires for 15 minutes, I could also sit in class for one hour and 45 minutes or do comuter work for 2 hours.

The Serviong size fore Arizona Green Tea is 8 fl.oz there is approximately 3 servings in each can.
A single serving contains 70 calories, 20mg of sodium, 18g carbohydrates, 17g sugar and 0g protein

In order to burn off 349 calories I would have to mow my lawn for 21 minutes or plant trees for 28 minutes, I could also stand in line for an hour and 48 minutes or bathe my dog for 37 minutes.

Arby's Reuben

Serving size for am Arby's reuben is one sandwich but I think I could maybe eat two if I really tried, in one of Arby's reubens there is 680 calories and 31g of fat and 2420mg of sodium.  In two there would be 1360 calories and 62g of fat and 4840mg of sodium.

In order to burn off 1360 calories I would have to jog for 103 minutes or brush my teeth for 280 minutes, or 4.6 hours. I could also hug someone for 10 hours.
